Super Juicy Meatballs


500 g ground beef
500 g ground pork
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour for coating
1/4 cup oil for frying

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and pork.
Add the onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, and parsley to the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
