The Cardiologists’ Diet, Number 1 in the World! Lose at Least 10 Kilograms in Record Time

DAY 4:

Breakfast: red fruit juice Lunch: 120 grams of fresh cheese plus a slice of whole wheat bread Dinner: 125 grams of chicken with tomatoes and onion. You can also have mashed potatoes, but no more than 60-70 grams

DAY 5:

Breakfast: purple/black fruit juice Lunch: 200 grams of steamed fish with carrots and tomatoes Dinner: Vegetable salad: tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers plus 150 grams of chicken

DAY 6:

Breakfast: Your choice of herbal tea Lunch: 200 grams of chicken with carrot and banana puree Dinner: Tuna salad with green vegetables (onion, cucumbers, cabbage) – 200 grams in total

DAY 7: Breakfast: mint tea Lunch: Red and orange fruit salad Dinner: 250 grams of chicken with two boiled eggs and pickled cucumbers Throughout the diet, don’t forget to drink at least two liters of water a day.
